Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to review every detail and assist with remote measurements.

To ensure a flawless fit, we require a set of key measurements from each client. These may be added in the Notes section of your order or sent to us by email once the order is placed.

The key measurements we require are:

• Bust
• Cup size
• Underbust
• Waist
• Hips
• Bust height (from shoulder to bust apex)
• Skirt length (from waist to floor, measured with high heels if the gown will be worn with them)
• Slit height (from waist down to the desired opening)
  

Additional measurements may be requested depending on the design.

Many of our gowns can be further customised to suit your vision — from alternative colours to design adjustments such as removing the slit, modifying the train, or altering the volume, to even creating a fully bespoke neckline or design. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 24 hours to 7 business days within Europe and 3 to 14 business days worldwide.

In the event that customs duties are applied, these are the responsibility of the client (though in most cases they do not apply).

Production time for our gowns can vary between 14 to 60 days, depending on the complexity of the design. We encourage you to provide the date of your event when placing your order so our atelier can take this into account. We will always do our utmost to ensure your gown is completed in time.

Please note that returns are not accepted for custom-made gowns.
