We offer to our customers complementary international express shipping for the best customer experience. We deliver our dresses with DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, DPD & EMS. Shipping takes between 3-7 working days.

If the dress you order is available, it will be shipped withing 3-7 business days. If the design/size is not available, or if you're ordering a custom size dress, please make sure that you order up to 2 months in advance to ensure that you will have the dress on time for your special event.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the information needed. You will be able to check the status of your order from your profile in our online store, or directly through the tracking number provided.

Once your order is submitted, you wil have 24 hours to cancel or change it.

Your order can be returned up to 7 days after it has been received. All tags should be kept and the product should be in perfect condition. You will have to cover the shipping and any incurring additional costs in regards to customs and the return. Once we receive the product, we will issue an automatic refund to your payment method, which can take between 5-30 days to arrive. Sale items and custom orders can not be returned. If you would like an exchange, please contact our team.

In Caviar Couture we believe that true luxury in fashion lies in the Made-To-Measure concept. Our dresses can be custom made for free and you will not have to pay for any additional charged for this service.

In order to make your dress with accordance with your personal measurements, you will need to provide the following:
- Bust

- Underbust

- Waist

- Hips

- Height of bust (Measured from your shoulder to the highest point of your bust)

- Cup Size

- Length of skirt (Measured from the waist to the floor). Make sure that you take this measurement with heels, if you plan to wear your dress with such.
- Shoulders

- If your dress has sleeves, we will need their length, as well as biceps, elbow and wrist size.

Your measurements should be taken correctly. Caviar Couture does not take responsibility for wronguflly provided measurements. To ensure that everything is measured in a correct way, you can visit a seamstress.

We offer custom dresses. For that, you will need to provide a sketch/photo of the design you have in mind and we will confirm to you whether we will make it and how long it will take us to do so. Please send a message to us and our designers will take a look at your inquiry.
