By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional policies referenced or linked here (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or you have parental/guardian consent for any minor dependents who use the site. You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason permitted by law. Content you transmit (excluding payment data) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

Site content is provided for general information and may not be accurate, complete, or current at all times. We may modify the contents at any time without obligation to update any information.

4. Modifications to the Service & Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part/content) at any time without notice.

5. Products & Services

Certain items may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee your monitor’s display. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and to discontinue any product at any time.

6. Orders, Payments & Deposits

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to limit quantities per person, household, or order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information so we can complete your transactions.

• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other secure online methods supported by our checkout. All payments are protected with SSL/TLS encryption.
• Ready-to-wear (RTW) items: Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
• In-store bespoke / made-to-measure orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence production; the remaining balance is due upon collection or prior to shipment.

7. Sizing, Measurements & Customisation

Where applicable, clients may select the nearest standard size as a guideline at checkout. For made-to-measure pieces, we will rely on the measurements you provide (via order notes or email after purchase). It is essential that measurements are accurate, as we will follow the information provided and cannot accept responsibility for inaccuracies supplied to us. Customisations (e.g., color, neckline, slit height) may be available on request and may affect price and timeline, to be confirmed during consultation.

8. Shipping

We proudly offer complimentary worldwide delivery on all orders. Orders are shipped with trusted partners such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, DPD (carrier may vary by destination). All shipments are tracked; a signature may be required on delivery. For details on production and transit times, please see our Shipping Policy.

9. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the client’s responsibility and are not collected by Caviar Couture.

10. Returns & Refunds

• Custom-made / made-to-measure: Not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to their bespoke nature.
• RTW (if available): Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unaltered, in original condition with tags and packaging. Contact info@caviar-couture.com before sending any item back.
• Refunds for approved RTW returns are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

11. Statutory Conformity (EU)

RTW consumer goods benefit from the statutory 2-year conformity guarantee under EU/BG law, covering non-conformity existing at delivery. This does not apply to bespoke or made-to-measure items due to their individualized nature.

12. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools and link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, graphics, designs) is the intellectual property of KAVIAR LTD / Caviar Couture or used under license and is protected by applicable laws. No license is granted to use our trademarks or content without prior written consent.

14. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose; to infringe intellectual property rights; to transmit malicious code; to harass, abuse, or discriminate; or to circumvent security features. We may terminate access for violations.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KAVIAR LTD / Caviar Couture, its directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination shall survive termination. We may terminate these Terms at any time if you fail to comply; you may terminate by ceasing to use the site.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior agreements or communications.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU law. For UK/US customers, your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA with appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure GDPR-level protection.

You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms by posting updates on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
