Processing & Production Time

• Each gown is individually crafted upon order.

• Production timelines vary between 7–14 up to 60 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

• For particularly intricate models, production may take up to 90 working days.

• We always work with our clients’ event timelines in mind and will do our utmost to accommodate shorter deadlines whenever possible. For this reason, we kindly advise that you provide the exact date of your event when placing your order, so we can plan production accordingly.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery estimates are as follows:

• Domestic (within Bulgaria): 24–72 hours after order processing.

• Within Europe: 24 hours up to 7 business days.

• Outside the European Union: 3–14 business days, depending on destination.
