Return and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for standard items, meaning customers have 7 days after receiving their item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@caviar-couture.com. If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received, so we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items made according to the customer’s personal measurements or custom design requests. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Cancellations

For standard size items, cancellations can be made within 7 days of placing the order. For custom-made gowns/gown made with custom size measurements, cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order as production begins immediately due to the extended production time.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, an automatic refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds can take up to 30 days.

Shipping Costs and Import Duties

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs and any additional expenses related to customs and the return process. Caviar Couture is not responsible for these charges. Once the returned product is received, an automatic refund will be issued to the original payment method, which may take between 5-30 days to process.
