How does sizing work?
Each gown is crafted individually to your personal measurements. When placing your order, please select the closest standard size as a guide. Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to collect your measurements and finalize the details.
What measurements are required, and how do I provide them?
Your measurements can either be added as a note when placing your order, or sent directly to us via email at info@caviar-couture.com.
The main measurements required are:
- Bust circumference
- Cup size (A, B, C, D…)
- Bust height (from shoulder to bust apex)
- Underbust circumference
- Waist
- Hips
- Skirt length (measured from waist to floor, with shoes if the gown will be worn with heels)
- Slit height (measured from waist to the point where you wish the slit to begin)
Depending on the design, additional measurements may be required, and our team will advise you accordingly. For any help on how to take your measurements, or for any questions, please contact us at info@caviar-couture.com and our team will gladly guide you.
It is essential that all measurements are provided accurately, as our atelier will follow the information you provide, and we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies.
Can I request customisations, such as changing the colour or altering design details?
Yes! Many of our gowns can be adapted to reflect your vision — whether it's choosing a different colour, modifying the neckline, adjusting the train, or altering other details. All customisations are reviewed and confirmed with you prior to production.
Do you offer fully custom designs made by the designer?
Yes! For clients wishing for a truly unique piece, our Designer will create a bespoke gown exclusively for you. This includes a personal consultation to understand your event and vision, followed by sketches, fabric selection, and fittings. Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer complimentary delivery?
Yes — we offer complimentary worldwide delivery on all orders.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with DHL, FedEx, TNT, DPD and select international partners. All shipments are tracked throughout the entire elivery process.
What are your delivery times?
- Domestic (within Bulgaria): 24 to 72 hours after order processing.
- Within Europe: from 24 hours up to 7 business days.
- Outside the European Union: 3 to 14 business days (destination-dependent).
These timeframes refer to shipping only and do not include the production period.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the client.
Production Timelines
How long does it take to make a gown?
Production time depends on the design's complexity and our atelier's schedule. Typically, gowns can require from 7–14 up to 60 business days. Some intricate models may take up to 90 working days. We always work around our clients' timelines and strive to accommodate special requests — even within shorter deadlines whenever possible, so for that reason, please ensure to inform us of your event date.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each gown is made to order, returns and exchanges are generally not possible for custom or made-to-measure pieces.
For standard ready-to-wear items (if available), returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and has not undergone alterations. For international orders, the cost of return is to be covered by the customer.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, and more. All payments are securely processed through Shopify's checkout, protected by SSL encryption to safeguard your personal and payment information. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. For bespoke designs, payment terms will be confirmed during the ordering process.
